November 9th: Back to studying maths.

Hi guys,

A fact about me is that I achieved a D in GCSE maths, never quite had that mathematical brain. So no I’ve decided I’m going to take a second chance when available.

I’ve decided to start early and brought a revision book. It’s weird looking at all the old familiar stuff from school years ago. My boyfriend has been trying to help me. Hopefully, I’ll be catching up soon. Second time lucky.

Thank you for reading.

Take care and stay safe.

November the 5th: Happy fireworks night!

Hi readers,

Hope everyone is having the best fireworks night possible. This year I believe there are no firework displays. So unlike last year, I will be enjoying my fireworks night at home.

Firework sales have gone up this year according to statistics. I’m just hoping everything runs safely. I’m expecting to be looking after my dog all night as she is petrified of them. Bless her hopefully won’t be too bad for her and other animals.

Thank you for reading.

Stay safe everyone Lauren x

November the 3rd: The Christmas tree has arrived!

Hi readers

My brand new white Christmas tree has arrived. There’s something about a Christmas tree that makes me feel all gleeful.

I see a beautifully decorated white and blue themed tree. Although, I think I may already have a little too many Christmas decorations. So may just have to stick to a red and white theme instead.

I feel like I’m getting ahead of myself. I won’t be putting the tree up until December. I suppose it’s always handy to be well prepared.

Thank you for reading.

Take care Lauren x

November 2nd: Back to reality, is it really the eleventh month of the year? And ITV’s Pride of Britain awards.

Hi readers!

Have been sprung back to reality today, as I’ve gone back to work after a lovely week off. It was busy, so a bit of a shock. However, my first day was an enjoyable one.

Whilst writing down the date this morning, I was in shock of how quickly this year has time. Does anyone else feel like this year has been one of the fastest? It only seems like yesterday the year started to me.

Currently viewing pride of Britain that was on ITV lastnight, It’s nice to watch something positive and influential. Furthermore, it’s nice to watch people get the recognition they deserve.

Thank you for reading.

Stay safe Lauren x

November 1st: Optimistic Sunday’s, feeling Christmasy and the start of no spend November.

Hi readers!

There’s always something about the beginning of the month, that makes me feel optimistic and theirs a fresh slate. Trying to keep positive after the news, that the UK will be going into another lockdown for four weeks.

My family ordered a brand new Christmas tree this afternoon. It has aided me to get into the Christmas spirit early. It was from Argos at £18, I believe is a very reasonable price.

Also, another exciting thing is I’ve decided to partake in no spend November. I’m known to spend a little to much at Christmas every year. So this year I want to focus on what’s important, and it’s not materialistic items, I will keep updating on how I’m getting on.

Thank you for reading! Hope everyone has the best November possible considering the circumstances.

Stay safe everyone Lauren x
